A law firm has been hired in New Jersey, and a letter of intent to dissolve the KDVA has been sent to the Board of Directors. When I hear back from the board there will be further updates. Tom Murray +++ 08 Dec. 2009 Effective immediately the KDVA (Korea Defense Veterans of America), web sites will be off line for an indefinite period, that is until unexpected and unwarranted legal issues are resolved. +++++++ 15 Dec. 2009 The legal issues that caused the web site to be removed have been resolved but the web site is not as it was!! Some minor changes have been made as per some legal issues that arose and have been complied with. While the web site has returned, it will be similar to what was here last with no business being conducted at all via the web site as the KDVA does not exist per se! +++++++++ This web site is being kept online as a tribute to Norm Tredway, KDVA National Commander (Deceased), the KDVA leadership team (Officers), Board Members, members, sponsors and supporters without whom nothing would have been accomplished for the Korea Defense Veteran, no KDSM, no Combat Recognition (CIB), etc.This page and the pages under it are not a working web site, that is the Korea Defense Veterans of America are in the process of being dissolved and no business what so ever is being conducted here in their name. This page and the pages under it are being kept online as a promise to Norm Tredway (Implied) and his widow Patricia to whom a verbal promise was made to keep the web site up as a tribute/memorial (As it was when Norm suddenly passed away) to those mentioned above. In addition to the above there is a lot of historical information here. There is an exception to the above, references to the collection of monies for other concerns and or organizations have been removed for legal reasons. Quarter Master page related items sold by outside vendors are still listed, there is no guarantee implied or otherwise that they still have items displayed herein for sale. Should you notice ANY solicitation for funds other than for outside vendor sales, please let me know about it ASAP so that they may be checked out, as they may have been missed (For removal) - Please use the email address link shown below. To the best of my ability all email links to KDVA officers have been disabled along with links to PDF's that were previously online - Addresses and phone numbers of KDVA headquarters and officers have been masked or removed. Some email links are active along with a host of other web site links. If a link is not active, it is supposed to be that way. DO

possibility that in a few months this web site will cease to
exist. This will happen only after the
dissolution of the KDVA is final.
The Memorial web site (Link is below) will remain online as long
as I am able to keep the web sites operational.
